Diesel Workshop - End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a product from Diesel Workshop, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license to use the content. All content, including 3D models, textures, scripts, and configuration files, remains the exclusive property of Diesel Workshop.
2. Usage and Modifications

General Use: You are permitted to perform personal modifications to the acquired content for private use within Train Simulator Classic.

Reskin Policy: You are authorized to create and distribute reskins (external texture/livery changes) for Diesel Workshop models, provided that the following conditions are met:

Distribution: You may only distribute the modified texture files (e.g., .ace, .dds, or equivalent).

Protected Assets: The redistribution of original 3D model files (.GeoPcDx), physics files (.bin, .xml), Lua scripts, or original sound sets is strictly prohibited.

Attribution: Any distributed reskin must include clear credit to the original creator (e.g., "Model by Diesel Workshop").

Restrictions: Redistribution, resale, publication, or hosting of original, unmodified files—in whole or in part—on any public or private platform is strictly prohibited, except as permitted under the Reskin Policy above.
3. Delivery Process
Access to the download link is provided automatically upon payment confirmation. It is the user's responsibility to complete the download promptly and ensure the security of the files.
4. Refund Policy and Disclaimer

Nature of Product: All products are considered "final sale."

Download Commencement: Once the download process has been initiated or the file has been received, the right to a refund is automatically waived.

User Responsibility: Diesel Workshop is not liable for:

Installation errors or incompatibilities caused by third-party software.

Data loss, file corruption, or hardware failure on the user's computer.

Backup: It is the user's sole responsibility to maintain updated backups of all acquired files. Diesel Workshop offers no guarantee of replacement for lost files after the initial support period.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
To ensure proper functionality within Train Simulator Classic, please follow one of the methods below:

Method A (Package Manager/Utilities): Open the "Utilities.exe" program located in your Train Simulator installation folder. Navigate to the "Package Manager" tab, click "Install," and select the .rwp or .ap file provided by Diesel Workshop.

Method B (Manual Extraction): If the product is provided as a zip archive, extract the contents directly into your RailWorks/Assets folder. Ensure the folder structure remains intact (e.g., RailWorks/Assets/DieselWorkshop/[Product_Name]).

Note: Always ensure your game cache is verified through Steam if you experience missing textures or objects after installation.
